It's another baby card today. My friend rang me to say that her son & his wife's baby has arrived so I really needed to get on and make a card. I love making the eclipse card, so that's what I made for Anne's grandson Jack.
The next card I hope to finish within the next week is Phoenix's Christening card which part of it will also be an eclipse card.
Most of the food for the Christening is in the freezer, just last minute fresh items to purchase. Next weekend I'm hoping to put up all the indoor bunting and decorations, I'll take photo's and post them before the event if you would like to see them as it will be manic to take any on the day.
Anyway here goes for Jack's card
Hope you like it. Hope to see you again soon.

Morning Tina, oh this is lovely, what a wonderful keepsake to look back on over the years, I love the way you have made this and the sentiments are perfect.
ReplyDeleteThe Christening excitement is coming through loud and clear, not long now, but you have been so busy, it will all be worth it on the day. Looking forward to the pictures.
Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

Hello my friend
DeleteJust had a message from Paul asking why I am still up, he's just about to board a light back home after a 5 day holiday in California and I said I'm The Walton's of course. I am such a fan, now I'm the sad one! Just about to go to bed and saw your message. Glad you liked the card. I hope I'm not boring everyone who looks in with yet another eclipse card.
I think I will need a holiday after the Christening, but I really want it to be a day that Claire & Toby can tell Phoenix how special he is to us, as all grandchildren are to all of us. I think it's because Claire has asked us to do it here at home that makes it extra special, bit of a softy I know but that's just me, double sad eh!.
I don't know who put this card on Pinterest!! wow technology.
Hope you are all well Myra

Hi Boss
ReplyDeletehope your day out went well, not that anyone would want to go through that kind of excitement, hope you are OK.
I am taking photo's of the eclipse card but decided to make you one so you can scrutinize it in your own time, I will send it sometime over the weekend. I'm sure when you see it you will realise how easy they are. I love making them as they are so easy but so effective.
Hope you are not too uncomfortable tonight.
Lots of love & Gentle Hugs

I am looking forward to seeing your christening card and sending all my love for a lovely day ,

Hi Jeanie
DeleteSorry I'm late sending my reply, or you could say early. I'm watching the 1st of the Walton's at 01am. I had a very long day looking after Phoenix and then again baby sitting because it was Toby's birthday and Claire wanted to take him out for a meal. Luckily Paul came over to help with the baby sitting and we got back home about 11.15pm.
Glad to hear you back up and running with the internet, you don't realise how much you miss it till you lose it.
Hoping to finish the Christening card over the weekend and post it here.
Sending you love too Jeanie
