hello lovely people

Claire is home now, still in lots of pain, and unable to move without holding her lower tummy on the right side.  They sent her home on high medication and they want her back on Wednesday as an out  patient to make sure she is in full health. Claire saw a doctor today that told her that the pain she was having was due to a cyst that had maybe bled, thus causing the pain, But they are still not ruling out appendicitis, even though they could'nt see her appendix because Claire's are behind her intestines and did'nt show up on an ultra sound or a CT scan. They sent her home. Every time the phone rings we think it is Claire.

I spoke to Claire a little while ago and she is still in pain. I have tried ringing the hospital, but they won't say anything as Claire has already left, and say talk to the doctor on Wednesday.

I can't tell you how much I thank you all for your thoughts for Claire. You are all really special ladies. I have told Claire what you have all said and she is amazed, and wants to say thank you to all of you.

I am so tired with worry, but what mum has'nt been there. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being here,  and being able to vent my feelings.

Love to all

  1. Hi Tina,
Many thanks for tthe update on Claire and of course you are tired with worry, your lovely daughter is in pain and no-one seems to know what is causing it. Wednesday probably can't come soon enough for Claire and yourself so she can speak to the doctor once more. If it's what the doctor said it was(a cyst that has bled) then hopefully Claire should start to feel better.
Hugs to you both and take care.

    Love Sheila xx

  2. Tina. Try and rest for your own well being. I know it's hard, having been there a few times over the years. For Claire's sake we will hope that it was just a cyst, but then again it's needs looking into as well. Fingers crossed for tomorrow and we will hope she gets a good doctor looking at her. Hazel xx

  4. Oh! Tina not been the best of times. Every mother worries about their children not matter how old they are it's all part of the process. I hope Claire gets results tomorrow, something definitely is not right. If it is a Cyst that still needs to be dealt with, I hope that is done soon.
Thank you for the update, please look after yourself.
    Hugs

  6. Hi Tina
Poor Claire. Still think its odd that they've let her home in that state of pain.
Hope today's hospital visit was productive.
    Best wishes to you all.
