Heartfelt Christmas wishes

 Hi My Blog Friends

Life has been so different this Christmas, I only finished putting the final dec's up last evening about 8. 20 pm. I'm so late this year but a lot has been going on.

My brother passed away on the 10th Dec and then Graeme informed me that our lovely Tracy had passed on the 11th Dec. My brother Melvyn lived a long life and was waited on hand and foot by his lovely wife Jan who is now finding it very hard to find things to do in her now very quiet life, but lovely Tracy had so much to look forward to. She often used to say to me that she thought she was too old to have a baby and I would say to her that my mum had me at 45 and I turned out normal and she would laugh. That was one very special lady and I will miss her very much.

Phoenix is an absolute treasure, and although having weeks of upset tummy's and constant consultation with health visitors and doctors, last Monday I went with Claire to the doctors to reveal that Phoenix has a milk allergy. So he is now on a different formula that now makes him constipated, poor little man, so it's lot's of cuddles patting his back and jiggles while doing lots of walking. It's what I signed up for, I just wish I could be there more.

I made a few Christmas cards, but didn't have time to make cards for all the family and friends, but intend to start early next year. Sounds good doesn't it! The only thing by making an early start is that Sue will bring out some beautiful new dies that you really feel you need!.

I'm sorry about the photo's of the Christmas cards, I didn't even have time or room to put up the little studio, so please excuse my very untidy sanctuary ( workroom ).

I would like to say to you all a very heartfelt thank you for your never ending support and I really don't have words to say how much it means to me that you still visit. It amazes me when I see the number of visits and lovely comments you leave. Long mat it continue, but I really must get into gear and start making more cards. Paul has bought me a Go Press and Foil machine and I can't wait to use it. So a different die buying in 2018.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas & a Happy & Healthy 2018, and as we will be doing this year, raising a glass to our angels this Christmas. I really look forward to seeing you all soon, Take care all!

As for the big day . If your're traveling stay safe, Eat well, Drink wisely ( or not ) but most of all Enjoy.

See you soon in 2018.

Lots of Love & Hugs to you all, and again THANK YOU XX

  1. In the days when my sons were babies (so long ago) you had to add sugar to the formula, changing from white to brown sugar sorted the constipation problem, obviously adding sugar to a babies diet is not acceptable these days. Have a lovely Christmas.

  7. A VERY happy Christmas to you and Paul. The cards are an absolute delight as all your cards are Tina. I threw a variety of coloured cards, dies and ribbon into the air and hoped they landed in a manner that was acceptable, that was Thursday past ! When I looked it was a choice of not sending any at all with the fear of friends thinking I didn't care or sending a pile of you know what, feeling totally embarrassed at the mess, so thats what you ended up with im afraid. I know, i know, but life took my organisation and still not returned it ! Which is why it was later than normal and total pants.

Cool boiled water between feeds will help constipation for your little Prince Tina with nothing added.
Hope your day was as special as you are dear friend. As for your brother - we've covered that add situation and I hope you're feeling more at ease now my love.
Love to Paul what a lucky lass you are xx

  8. Hi Tina

Merry Christmas to you and your family. So sorry you've had recent bereavements. I hope Phoenix's tummy problems are soon resolved. My friend had her little boy end of October, he's had bronchiolitis poor little lad. He had a stay in hospital but is recovering and home Friday in time for Christmas so a happy ending. She's visiting in the new year.

Your cards are lovely, I managed 2, one for my Nanna and her husband and one for my Grandad and his wife.

I must go, had a bad head this afternoon, missed part of Christmas day again!, but couldn't ignore the notification. Will try visit Particraft later to wish everyone there a Merry Christmas.

Lots of love, paw hugs from Billy to you and Half Pint (a very worn out Billy... He's had quite a few days!)

    1. Sorry, was still in a bit of a daze earlier... As my head was clearing I was thinking about your post and why I recognised "Graeme and Tracy", then it hit me who you were referring to and I'm absolutely gutted. Poor girl fought so hard last year and I feel bad I hadn't been about more. She was always so sweet when I was struggling even when she had had chemo she had a kind word for me. What I'm feeling must be nothing compared to the suffering of her family though especially poor Graeme. I've lit a candle for her and I'll remember her for how brave and strong she was and what a caring person she was too. R.I.P. Tracy, big hugs from Billy and myself xxx
