ANTHEA

I made this card today for a for young lady, and a very special person in our lives. She is going through a very difficult time at the moment, but I know with all the positive thoughts and love sent to her she will know how much we think think of her and that we are here for her every step of the way.

  2. Hi Tina,
Oh my! Oh my! Such a stunning creation...you are so talented! I love the pretty pastel colours and those roses are beautiful. Do you mind if I ask you which die you used for them as I love the shape of the petals.
Positive thoughts are being sent to your dear friend Anthea.
Do hope your daugter is alot better now.
Forgot to say your flowers from Hazel are beautiful and such a thoughtful and caring thing to do.

    1. Hi Sheila

Thank you saying such lovely things about my card. Claire is still having pains, but you can only tell then to go to the doctors but at her age I can't drag her there anymore. I will pass on your thoughts to Anthea too.

The die is Cheery Lyn Gardenia Strip. I like it because you cut all the petals out in one pass. I then Googled to find a video how to make them. I hope this helps Sheila.

    2. Hi Tina,
Thank you for letting me know which die it is. I do hope Claire gets some help soon...from one Mum to another Mum I can imagine how you must worry but when they grow up there is only so much we can do for them.
      Take care

  6. Tina, what a beautiful card you have made for Anthea. I just love your roses and the pale pink card that you have used is so soft and gentle looking and not harsh against the white. I truly hope that it will bring a wee bit beauty to your and happiness to Anthea. It is a sin that poor Claire is having to go through what she going through with no word of any help for her as there is only so much that your body can take and like any mum you would do anything to stop your child it doesn't matter age going through the mill. Sending both girls hugs and hope both are feeling stronger soon.
    Love and crafty hugs

    1. Hi Norah
I don't know if you will come back and read this, but I would like you to know you have been in my thoughts since losing your mum and leaving such a lovely message on my blog a few cards ago.I wanted to contact you but, other than through Sue's blog I wouldn't have a clue how. I will pass on your kind thoughts to the girls.X

  7. I just had a glimpse of this beautiful creation when I zipped in earlier, and wanted to get back to look at it more leisurely. It's magnificent with these lacey & gorgeous dies against that lovely rose embossing. Your wonderful flowers look like porcelain against this card. I'm certain it will cheer the special person it is going to, and will be placed where it can be enjoyed for a long time. It's much too awesome to just tuck away in a card box!!! I'm off to enjoy some earlier posts. TFS & Hugs
