Best Wishes

Good Sunday afternoon everyone, and thank you for taking time out to visit my blog. A big thank you to the people that regularly visit, and leaves me a lovely comment.

I thought I would have more time to make cards now that Claire is on honeymoon and with Craig having moved out.. Yesterday Craig came over emptied the food cupboards and raided the fridge. He went home with 3 bag fulls. Guess who's got to go shopping tomorrow. NOT CRAIG bless him.

When my daughter left for the honeymoon, I said I would look after her cat here, I did'nt like the idea of her going into a cattery for a month. I now have 5 cats to tend to everyday, 1, 17yrs Summer   1, 5yrs Moet   1, 2yrs Figaro (Claire's Cat)   2 little kittens Bubble & Squeek. I think I am working harder now than when children were at home, they are also eating us out of house and home. They all have their own dirt tray as well, but enough said.

Hubby has been working up in Peterborough this weekend, so I managed to find some time to make this card. I hope you like it.

Please pop in again.

  1. Good afternoon my "busy" friend.
Wow!! I really love this beautiful card, everything about it is stunning.
Your Die Cuts are amazing as is your wonderful embossing.
I have a Cuttlebug, GC & an Ebosser and do not get that depth of embossing from any of them.
Seems like you will have another busy week. Our boys were here Friday evening Saturday morning, I know the food they get through.
They are 7 and almost 10 so goodness know what your son managed to get through and take away..........don't you just LOVE them??
    Have a great week ahead
    Hugs

  4. Hi Tina
So pleased to know you are keeping busy!!! I just hate to be a clever clogs but I did warn you that Craig would be coming back for food in abundance. After my two girls left home I soon found an easy way, whenever I made or cooked something for the freezer I doubled the amount, that way I had spares to 'give' away and not a lot of extra work. If there is an easy way I am all for that and no mistake, I don't do difficult.
Although you are running a cattery as well as a takeaway you really have made a beautiful and very detailed card, those roses look as though you have just picked them from the garden and your butterfly is so very delicate, with your bow adding a lovely touch of luxury. Oh well I can dream perhaps one day I too will be able to reach your very high standard.
Take care and enjoy your shopping tomorrow.
    With love

  5. Good morning Tina,
Raspberry picking went well. Isobel just loves making jam, I bought loads of sugar gave it all to her in return for Jam.
Now that saves me doing it and Isobel got sugar for some of hers.
We did eat rather a lot, but Hey! Ho! They are good for you!!!
    Happy shopping
    Hugs

  6. Hi Tina, pleased to see you back with such a stunning card, your design is amazing and such beautiful flowers.
Gosh you are busy, but I know you adore your cats so it's a labour of love. Damian was just the same when he was setting out on his own, they still need the contact, hugs Kate x

  8. Hi Tina. Wooohooo another beauty, thank you.
I agree with all here, its stunning. Id love to know where you get the card from or what make/brand it is that you cut my roses with, the pearl oyster is amazing and Id love to own quite a lot of it ! Im imagining all my flower dies, and the two butterfly dies I own all cut in this lush paper/card !
I tried to find the metalic pastel on CC app shop last week, but I dont rate their internet shop much and couldnt find it on there (mind you Id rather ask if my little shop can get hold of it) rather than put more money in CC's already overloaded bamk account !
Oops, ranting amd rambling on yet again sorry !
Can we have another now please Tina, you can do it whilst Craig makes YOU spag bol or lasagne lol.
Hope all is well in kitty hotel.
